If you feel suicidal, get help!
Don’t try to handle it alone. These feelings may not go away without help. Here’s what you can do:
- Talk to friends, family, a counselor or clergy.
- Visit your family doctor; they can recommend counseling or medication.
- For assistance, call, text, or chat with the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988 or locally at The Counseling Center’s 24-hour Crisis Response Team at 330-264-9029.
