NAMI MEMBERSHIP

Membership in NAMI is open to individuals who are concerned about mental health issues and support our purpose.

Three NAMI membership choices.

Household Membership: This is for all members of a household living at the same address. This membership is $60.

Regular Membership: This is an individual membership. This membership is $40.

Open Door Membership: This is for an individual with limited financial resources. This membership is $5.

NAMI Membership form, print and return to the NAMI office along with payment.
